On the news last night there was a brief item about a new work created by Julian Beever. Julian creates amazing pieces of art using chalk and I know him best for his pavement drawings. Anyway, the latest work was created in front of the old Bank of England so I figured I could get up a bit earlier than usual and divert over to have a look.
