I sent my big Sigma lens off to be repaired earlier this week and this meant I was using a different lens than what I would normally choose when I visited the zoo on Wednesday. I used my Tamron macro lens the whole time and this leant itself to animal portraits, I was also using manual focus the whole time which was another challenge. I think the photos came out OK.
